  1. The concept created by the Big Picture-An Essential Wine Adventure ®is unique and sets the benchmark for Wine presentation in NZ and Worldwide. Through innovative worldwide patented technology we have been able to increase efficiency by 600%.

    This is achieved through our Non-oxidative, multiple-head, wine dispenser and patented 6 glass tasting trays which offer quick turnaround of large group tastings.
  2. The Aroma Room where the aromas of wine description are laid out through especially controlled, evaporative/condensative aroma delivery devices. We have developed a method and mechanism to deliver individual aromas of wine description to large numbers of people in a safe, simple and informative fashion.
  3. Wine Tables. Development of wine presentation tables capable of illuminating wines in a film viewing environment
  4. The Auditorium where ‘Interactive Travelers’ take part in a film which flies through the vineyards and unique vistas of individual World famous winegrowing regions. Up to 6 wine samples are placed in front of the client and these are tasted when the film ‘lands’ at each wine’s specific Winery where the Winemaker explains the Aroma profile, palate structure and positive features of the wine.
  5. The Cellar Door Wine Sales and Merchandising Area where Wines tasted, Merchandising and other featured wines can be purchased.
  6. The Restaurant where food dishes are matched with specific wines in a fine dining situation. There is also opportunities through ‘Tasting Plates’ to demonstrate food matching techniques. The restaurant has a unique ‘film-set’ theme.
